Our approach
Handmade with care
We make crochet and Montessori-inspired pieces by hand, often just for you. Before sending, we check every stitch and detail so what arrives feels ready for little hands.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share a few clear photos via WhatsApp or email.
- We will repair, replace, or refund — whichever feels fair for the piece and for you.
Change of mind
- Because pieces are handmade — and often made for you — returns for a change of mind are limited.
- Message us and we will see what we can do.
- If a return is possible, the piece should be unused, with tags and original packaging if applicable.
Custom & personalized orders
- Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
International orders
- For international returns, the buyer may cover return shipping unless the error was ours.
Lebanon delivery
- Delivery within Lebanon is free, as on the rest of the site.
